Venue Representative
A Herring Creek staff member will be on-site beginning at 10:00 am on the day of your wedding. Our knowledgeable and accommodating staff will be present to manage the operations of Herring Creek as well as greet guests and vendors.
Preparation & Breakdown
We will set up/break down any Herring Creek-provided tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception.
Parking
Herring Creek will provide attendants to help direct traffic and shuttle guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site by golf carts.
Pricing
- Fri – Sun: $10,500.00
- Mon – Thurs: $9,000.00
Venue
Exclusive use of the Herring Creek House’s property for vendors and the bridal party beginning at 10:00 am until 10:00 pm on your wedding day. Herring Creek House features indoor and outdoor ceremony locations and a spacious pavilion perfect for your reception.
Bridal Suite
Access to the Herring Creek main house as early as 7:00 am to allow plenty of time to get ready for your wedding day. There is plenty of space for the bridal party as well as the bride to spread out and prepare for the wedding.
Groom’s Cottage
Herring Creek provides a Groom’s Cottage for the groom and his groomsmen to prepare for the wedding day, three hours before the ceremony. The cottage provides a kitchen and plenty of space to relax.
Catering Prep Kitchen
Herring Creek allows access to our preferred caterers to use our kitchen. The kitchen provides a refrigerator, cold boxes, two warming ovens, a microwave, an ice machine, and a large prep table.
Optional Services
- Overnight Accommodations in the Main House: $1,500/night, 2 nights $2,500
- House Amenities include sleeping accommodations for 13 guests
- We can also provide additional cots
- 5 Bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a beauty parlor prep room.

- 5’ Round Banquet Tables – 15 total
- 6’ Banquet Tables 10 total
- High Top Cocktail Tables – 8 total – *recommend if these are going to be outside to provide sashes to secure the linens
- Reception Chairs – 150 total
- White Resin Ceremony Chairs – 150 total
- Rustic Wooden Rolling Bar – 2 total
Requirements
- Day of Event General Liability Insurance
- ABC License
- Licensed & Insured Wedding Planner/Coordinator from HCH Vendor Approved List
- Licensed & Insured Caterer from HCH Vendor Approved List
- All other vendors must be licensed and insured
- $1,000 Damage Deposit (refundable after the event as long as HCH property is not damaged or stolen)
Payment
- 50% Deposit to reserve your wedding date
- Balance due 30 Days before your Wedding date
- We accept checks, cash, ACH (e-check), or credit card payment (Credit card fees apply)
